Enniskillen Rangers win the Junior Cup

Enniskillen Rangers were crowned Junior Cup Champions following an impressive 5-1 victory over Hill Street FC from Lurgan on Monday the 1st May at the National Stadium at Windsor Park, Belfast.
Man of the Match and Captain William Burleigh opened the scoring 15 minutes into the 1st half, with Stuart Rainey scoring 2 quick goals shortly after to make it 3-0. Just before half time William Burleigh struck again making it 4-0 going into the break. In the 2nd half Hill Street up their game an scored a cracking goal to pull one back, but this was cancelled out when Andrew Johnson scored midway through the half to make it 5-1.
Micky Kerr young side played some excellant football and were deserved winners. It was the 2nd time in the clubs history they have lifted the trophy, with the last time being back in 1999, where Micky father Dessie captained that side to glory.
