Entry forms for the new 2020/21 season

Dear League Secretaries,
Enclosed please find Entry Forms for Season 2020/2021.
Please be advised of the following:
| (i) | only Reserve or Third Teams of Northern Ireland Football League / Intermediate League Clubs should register an alternative ground;
|
|
| (ii) | new Teams seeking entry to Division 3 must pay an initial non-refundable deposit of £200, and for Reserve Division 3 an initial non-refundable deposit of £100.00 and
|

In addition, as was last season, registration fees for the 2020/2021 season will be set at £100 per team & total of £250 for a club with 3 teams playing within the Fermanagh & Western Football League. Eg if you have a 1st team and a Reserve team playing in the league - £200 to be paid. A 1st, 2nd and 3rd team - £250. This is in addition to the standard league entry fees and is payable when making payment for the league entries.
League entry fees are set in our rules and as a result cannot be altered without an EGM. However, if a team participated in the league last year and re-enter this year, they shall be reimbursed 50% of their entry fee once the season has commenced.
Please ensure that all parts of the Entry Forms are completed including signatures where required.
You will see there is now a field for a Covid-19 officer details. Each team is required to have an officer, not each club – this is due to the fact each team within a club has a responsibility to adhere to the guidelines as set out by the IFA whether at home or away.
Completed Entry Forms, together with requisite Entry/registration Fees, must be received by me not later than Sunday 23rd August 2020. Forms can be posted or emailed back to me (details on bottom of form) and please indicate if making payment via bank transfer. These details can be requested from me if required.
Entries received after this date shall be subject to a £50.00 extra charge (Rule 12 of the League’s Rules refers).
In addition to the above – the AGM is scheduled for Tuesday 1st September 2020 (official notice to follow but just giving you early notification). The planned start date for the 2020/21 season is Saturday 19th September 2020. There will also be a proposed amendment at the EGM extending the transfer window to Friday 18th September 2020.
